FIA files interim challan in BB murder case
RAWALPINDI: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) filed interim challan against five accused at a local special court in Benazir Bhutto murder case, Geo News reported Wednesday.Rifaqat, Hasnain, Aitezaz Shah, Abdur Rasheed and Sher Zaman are behind bars for the case.
According to sources, the interim challan said suicide attacker stayed at Hasnain’s residence.
According to the statements of the accused and evidences, it was Taliban chief Baitullah Mehsud who hatched the plot for Benazir’s assassination.
